Our Services

Clean Garage Crew provides garage cleaning, organization, and transformation services in San Diego County, with extended service to parts of Orange County and Riverside County. Service scope, pricing, and inclusions are outlined in your individual estimate and approval, not on this page. This page covers the general terms of doing business with us, not job-specific pricing or scope.

Estimates and Approval

Estimates are based on the information and photos provided, or on an in-person walkthrough. Final pricing is confirmed once scope is agreed upon in writing. We do not begin work without your approval of scope and price.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Deposits

A deposit may be required to hold your service date. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 90 days of the original booking. If a job is canceled outside our rescheduling window, the deposit may be forfeited to cover reserved scheduling and preparation time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing in advance.

Liability

Clean Garage Crew takes care in handling your belongings. Any specific concerns about existing damage, staining, or condition of items should be discussed with our team before work begins. We do not guarantee outcomes such as full stain removal without an in-person assessment.

Photos and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos or video for internal documentation. Use of any photos for marketing or social media requires your separate approval, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number to Clean Garage Crew, you consent to receive text messages from us related to estimates, scheduling, service confirmations, and follow-ups.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, scheduling a walkthrough or booking a job).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from Clean Garage Crew.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
